Shipping policy

Where We Ship

Amu currently ships within the United States, including all 50 states. We do not ship internationally yet — if you are outside the US and want to be notified when we do, email hello@amu.pet.

Rates and Speed

Standard shipping is free on orders $70 and over — otherwise a flat $8. Standard delivery runs 5–7 business days once your order ships. Express delivery (2–4 business days) is $15, selectable at checkout.

Handling Time

Every collar, leash, and bracelet is hand-stitched in small batches, so orders are made to order rather than pulled from a warehouse shelf. Drop 01 — the Country Series — ships within 2–3 weeks of your order confirmation. During heavy drops or holidays, handling time can extend. Your order confirmation email is the source of truth for status and tracking updates.

Delivery Estimates

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing. Amu is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, payment issues, supply chain issues, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Addresses

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, your order may be delayed, returned, or undeliverable. If your address changes after checkout, contact support before the package enters carrier handoff so we can try to update it.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Our policy is to refund customers for packages that are confirmed lost, stolen, or undelivered, subject to reasonable verification and our policies. Include your order number when you reach out so we can resolve it quickly.
