Refund policy
30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be new and unused — unworn, in its original condition, with any tags or packaging intact. Items that have been used, worn, washed, soiled, or altered are not eligible for return.
We do not currently designate any launch products as final sale.
How to Start a Return
Email hello@amu.pet with your order number and the item you'd like to return or exchange. We'll send a prepaid return label — returns ship back by mail at no cost to you. Including your order number in your first message speeds up turnaround and avoids mismatches when multiple items were purchased in the same checkout.
Exchanges
Need a different size or a different country palette? Start a return the same way and tell us what you'd like instead. Because each piece is hand-stitched to order, an exchange may follow the same handcrafted lead time as a new order — see our Shipping Policy for current timing.
Defect Warranty
We offer a 30-day warranty for manufacturer defects. This warranty applies only to manufacturer defects and does not cover misuse, improper fit, accidents, ordinary wear and tear, chewing, scratching, improper cleaning, unauthorized modification, lost items, stolen items, or damage caused by pets, people, or external conditions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue a refund to your original payment method, subject to our payment processor's timing and policies. If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, we refund the amount charged for the canceled item.
